What we collect

When you book a ticket we collect your name, email address and mobile number. We do not require an account, and we never see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

• Booking details: event, ticket type, quantity and amount paid.
• Attribution: the coupon or referral code used, where applicable.
• Consent: whether you opted in to WhatsApp updates.
• Technical: anonymised analytics and a hashed IP for abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To issue and deliver your ticket and QR code.
• To let you retrieve your tickets using your email and mobile number.
• To check you in at the venue.
• To send event updates relating to a booking you have made.
• To send marketing messages only where you have opted in.

Ticket retrieval

Because there are no accounts, tickets are retrieved by entering the email address and mobile number used at booking. Both must match. Please keep these details private — anyone with both can view your ticket QR codes.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the services that run this site: Razorpay for payments, our email provider for ticket delivery, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of data not required for those purposes.

Your rights
